Eufy Video Doorbell E340 including Chime

Very fine doorbell with local storage.

The doorbell was well packaged in 1 package that contained both products. The doorbell and the chime.

Installation is very simple. 2 screws in the wall, click on the bell and it hangs. There is an adapter included to give the doorbell a 15 degree angle.
I wired the doorbell to the original doorbell. In addition, I placed the chime elsewhere in the house so that the bell can always be heard.
There is a battery in the bell that can be recharged, but since I wired the bell, this battery will not run down.

Installation is super simple with the accompanying eufy security app. No comments here.
Through the app also invited fellow householders, so that also the phone and or Watch notification comes in on movement or ringing. The latter is entirely configurable within the app.
How often the notification comes in, to people or other things ( car, dog, etc ). On ringing or movement only. How long the recording should be ( max 2 minutes ) clarity of the image.

What's nice is that you don't need a subscription for storage images.
A screenshot is sent to your Watch which is very convenient.

The image is also very clear â at night, which is important to me. Recognizing people is also an option. Although so far this does not work more often than it does. Perhaps this will improve in the future.

1 other point of improvement is that it would be nice if you could snooze notifications occasionally. This was possible with the Ring. And I found a handy feature. Especially if you are busy at the door for example. You can turn it off temporarily in the settings though. But the Ring doorbell gave you a pop-up if there was often movement. After which with 1 action you could pause it for half an hour or an hour.

All in all, very satisfied with the product.
