Of course, it can always happen that something breaks down or becomes defective. In that case, the product can be returned to us if it is within the warranty period. Hereby, a product defect caused by improper use or installation is excluded from warranty. This is at the discretion of our technical department. Please fill out the form below, the RMA number is your order number. Returns within 14 days are free of charge. Please allow a repair time of at least 10 business days.
If the product does not turn out to be defective after inspection, we will charge a minimum of 35,- euros for examination costs

Reolink:
Dear customer, please note that Reolink cameras have to be restored themselves before they can be returned, we cannot do this for you.
If you do not reset the camera we cannot issue a credit and will have to return the camera.

Herroepingsrecht:

When purchasing products, the consumer has the option of dissolving the contract without giving reasons for at least 14 days. This period begins on the day after receipt of the product by or on behalf of the consumer. 

 

During this period, the consumer will handle the product and its packaging with care. He shall only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to assess whether he wishes to keep the product. If he exercises his right of withdrawal, he will return the product to us with all delivered accessories and in the original condition and packaging, in accordance with the reasonable and clear instructions provided by the entrepreneur.

If you have paid an amount, we will refund this amount as soon as possible, but no later than 7 days after the return or withdrawal.
