Dahua DH-IPC-HDBW2849EP-S-IL, 2.8mm 8MP/4K WizSense Dome, SD Card Slot, PoE, Smart Dual Light

The Dahua DH-IPC-HDBW2849EP-S-IL-0280B-S2 is a professional 8-megapixel (4K) IP dome camera from the Dahua WizSense series. Thanks to its combination of high image quality, intelligent person and vehicle detection, and Smart Dual Light, this camera is ideal for securing homes, stores, commercial buildings, and outdoor areas.

Sharp 4K image with wide viewing angle

The camera features an 8MP 1/2.7" CMOS sensor and delivers a maximum resolution of 3840 × 2160 pixels (4K). The fixed 2.8 mm F1.6 lens provides a wide horizontal field of view of approximately 108°, allowing a single camera to cover a large area.

Smart Dual Light: Intelligent Night Vision

With Smart Dual Light, this Dahua camera combines infrared illumination with warm white light. Both the IR illumination and the warm light have a range of up to approximately 30 meters. This allows the camera to operate discreetly with infrared at night and, depending on the selected mode, switch to white light when necessary. This ensures that important events can be captured in color even at night.

Intelligent Detection of People and Vehicles

Thanks to Dahua WizSense and SMD Plus, the camera can distinguish between people and vehicles. The camera also supports intelligent features such as Intrusion and Tripwire, which enable the classification of people and vehicles. This helps detect relevant events more accurately and reduce unwanted alerts.

Built-in microphone

In addition to video, the camera can also record audio thanks to its built-in microphone. This means that when events occur, you receive not only video footage but also accompanying audio.

Suitable for indoor and outdoor use

The sturdy metal housing has an IP67 rating, making it dust- and water-resistant. Additionally, the camera has an IK10 rating, providing the dome with extra protection against mechanical impact and vandalism. The specified operating temperature ranges from -40 °C to +60 °C.

Easy installation with PoE

The camera can be powered via 12 VDC or PoE (802.3af). When using Power over Ethernet, power and data are transmitted through a single network cable, keeping the installation neat and organized. Recordings can be stored on a compatible Dahua NVR. In addition, the S2 camera supports a microSD card up to 512 GB for local storage.
